harness came apart at the loop it unraveled poorly made, glad no one got hurt! if it came all the way apart while Towing the grandkids on the tube

I cannot recommend this to anyone. The one I got came apart at the loop end while I was just looking at it on dry land seeing how I would use it. Glad it happened then and not when towing a tube. Dangerous.
