These were easy to put together and will look amazing in the garden I'm trying to create. They do not have drainage holes but I am sure some can be drilled inward so as to not ruin the look of the bowl. Very pleased with them.

These antique styled 21" tall urn planters have a top diameter of 13.5" and a bottom of 8.5". They are so beautiful! They are made of metal and have antiqued rust spots on the rustic finish. Perfect for vintage decor. I was somewhat surprised by how heavy these planters are. They do not have drain holes if you are planning to use them for fresh plants. I believe they are going to be perfect for every holiday. Definitely worth the price! Recommended 👍

UPDATE (9/27/24): These planter urns continue to be so incredibly wonderful that I would love to give them a *6* on this scale of 1 to 5. The Boston ferns are close to majestic size now and the urns look even more gorgeous with them adding that special formal touch. I never fail to admire the urns when I go out on the covered porch. They have held up very well over the summer and since they are under a protected roof (and I live in southern California so no snow) I fully expect them to stay in the superb condition they came in. I am so happy with this purchase that I plan to give myself two more as Christmas gifts this year. Definitely highly recommended.ORIGINAL: These two planter urns arrived today and I wasted no time opening the box. They are really wonderful. While they are iron they are a lighter weight iron so they are nowhere near as heavy as I had initially feared. Yet at the same time they are very sturdy and feel rather substantial. (You should keep in mind that while they are great they are also more affordable versions of the originals, and lighter not just in weight but in price. It doesn’t mean they are poor copies. On the contrary, they are elegant and charming and excellent for most homes.) They would be great for sculptured boxwood but my home is not that formal. I ended up putting my two Boston ferns in them, having moved them before filling them, and they are currently flanking my front door where they look elegant but not formally so.The look of rusted old ones is very convincing. The packaging was excellent so they arrived without damage. Assembling them was sufficiently easy—the leg screws into the bottom of the cup—so even this notorious non-DIY’er did it in a few minutes. I couldn’t wait to see how they looked so I immediately dragged out the heavy bag of new soil and filled them, then moved the Boston ferns over and happily dug their new homes.If I could give six stars on a one-to-five scale, these planters would get that six. They are one of those “super” products I feel extremely fortunate to have found. And I give them my highest recommendation.Very highly recommended!

After 12 days, this urn leaked horribly so, until I discovered it! It ruined my column stand. We have to repaint that. My plant appears to be dying? The rust? Not sure. It sure made a mess.

These planters are large and beautiful. The antique white is really pretty and the look like the belong in an old world French chateau. They are heavy and sturdy. They’d be great to use in front of your home or for a wedding or shower. And they were so easy to put together.

The concept was nice. I purchased this because of the reviews I read. Here’s the real deal. Yes, the shape is nice, color and size.This is not a heavy piece of metal. Buyer beware… it is very thin metal and I’m not sure how this will hold up in the long run. I can overlook it not having drainage holes but the quality is just not there.That being said, for a little over 100.00 many may overlook the thin metal.
