Works great, but I wish it would last longer through one full charge. The drill itself is sturdy. I love the color. The torque is good and drill. Bits are standard. I’ve used it for hanging pictures to attaching car polish brushes. All these operated perfectly.

This is my second purchase of this drill. This drill holds a charge like no other. I keep one in my house and one in my shop. It's light weight will a lot of power. I bought the pink to support the breast cancer foundation. I lost my mother to breast cancer when I was 19. I also thought the men in my household wouldn't use it. I was wrong. They like it's power and light weight. I'm constantly chasing it down so now I have a back up. You definitely can't go wrong with this drill. I highly recommend it for a women or man.

Y'all this review is long overdue. First of all, this is an incredible drill. It can go neck and neck against any workhorse DeWalt any day of the week. I've used this drill for many heavy duty projects and she's performed as well as any other drill, which is very impressive for a pink "women's" drill.But let's talk about the battery y'all. I lost the charger not long after I bought this drill, in 2019- which is over 5.5 YEARS ago. I do not understand how this thing is still running. She's coming to the end of her charge it seems, she'll get a little bogged down and you let her rest for a few and she's back at it. Whatever wizardry this company is using for this battery needs to be captured, because this is insane.I would buy this again 100 times.

I don’t leave reviews all that often but I’ve had this for over 3 years now and absolutely love it. While I don’t use it super often it definitely gets used. I charged this when I first got it and I haven’t needed to charge it since. It’s perfect for small projects, putting together furniture, etc. it’s the perfect size, weight and just easy to handle in general.When I first got this my husband essentially laughed at me- as he had his own “big dogs” and didn’t understand my not wanting to use that big heavy stuff for little run of the mill projects. Well, 3 years later and even he will go get my set over his for most household projects now.

This set comes with 5 drill bits and a set of screw heads (plus a screw head bit, of course). I used this drill to mount my open-frame computer to my wall; I can safely say this bad boy can easily drill through drywall, wood, plexiglass, and even metal. The latter two have a tendency to get stuck if you don't thoroughly drill through, but you can easily get it unstuck by either finishing the drilling or reversing the motor. The drill bits might get hot after drilling for a while, so use caution when handling them.The motor has a gear thingy which allows it two settings: high speed, used for drilling with small bits, and low-speed, used for drilling with the bigger bits or for driving screws. It also has 21+1 torque settings, with the first 21 being for screw driving and the extra +1 being drilling torque. Just be mindful of screw stripping, so use the lowest torque you need. Since, for cooling reasons, the motor's brushes are exposed, you can easily see sparking; this is completely normal and will slowly fade out with use. This also means you must never, under any circumstances, use this drill in the presence of flammable gas/vapor, because the sparks may ignite it.The keyless chuck is pretty cool. This is my first drill, so I don't know what a keyed chuck is like, but this chuck is very easy to use. Just turn it one way to tighten, and the other way to loosen. The chuck also locks when the drill is not being driven (the trigger is not depressed), which allows operation like a standard manual screwdriver.The battery is pretty good, it charges fast enough for two full charges in one day. It also lasts a decent time after you've owned it a while; the manual says newer batteries will only be properly fully charged after several charge cycles. The first charge lasted me an entire day of drilling and driving, so this will definitely work for most people. Of note is that, like most other power tool batteries, you must be very careful with charging it. The manual and battery label both warn against charging it longer than 3-5 hours, since once fully charged it will trickle charge, which is very damaging to these high-voltage batteries. There is an indicator light though, so you will know when it is done charging.This comes with a carrying bag, so you can keep all the parts in the same spot and easily take them with you wherever. Just remember to remove the battery when stowing the drill, since otherwise it won't fit. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cute but powerful drill.

I haven't had any major projects requiring my drill just yet but for the few small things I've needed it for it's exactly what is expected. It's light weight, it's powerful, it's got a light to help see what you're doing and it's pink. I like that it comes with a bag to keep all the pieces in one place. This is my first drill so I don't have much to compare to

Before writing a review, I always contact the seller -in my case it’s GreatStar tools. They handled my problem and fixed it. Efficiency and professionalism. A seller who respects theirs customers is a seller that I’ll always recommend. So thanks to them. At the end, they fixed my problem and trusted me!Now let’s review the product itself (maybe I’ll change my review if I don’t like something over the time).Pros : light but solid ! Yes, it’s really important. I’m a guy and I’ve another drill from another brand. The other drill is excellent, but heavy and after using it, I realised why the weight is important! So the weight of this drill is just perfect -for women and men- if you’ve to use it for a long period of time.The power. I’m not an expert, but despite the fact that the drill is small, it’s still powerful and can handle most of renovation work.Small is also a good point. I can take it with me if I’ve to travel.The bag is a “plus”Cons :The led light is a “plus” but I think it’s better if we can turn it on before using the drill; indeed the main purpose of the led light is to see in the dark BEFORE using the machine :)The colour might be a problem, but it’s not for me. It’s a nice colour, even if it’s pink!I’m giving 5 stars, especially because of the excellent customer service from GreatStar Tools. If I’ve to change my review, it will concern only the product.

I LOVE this drill! Very glad I bought it. I needed a drill for my new apartment, and for all those small projects around the house. So far, I have installed curtain rods on 3 windows, installed a window AC, and put together a tv stand and a dresser from Ikea. It’s a little smaller than regular power drills, which makes it easier to hold if you have hands smaller than the average man. Obviously it is marketed towards women as its pink, but at 80$ for a 20 volt, my daughter and I are very happy to have this little powerhouse at our disposable anytime we need to fix something in our home.Very easy to use, battery charges quick, it doesn’t last forever but it’s very efficient. I love my new drill and plan on purchasing the matching tool kit soon as possible.

This is an amazing drill for the price. I originally had a 3.8 v drill that came with a basic for the home tool kit. It was a horrible drill absent a detachable battery. I disregarded my father's urging to "never let your drill battery completely die." He works professionally with a drill and has always maintained if you keep it charged even when not in use it will prevent the battery from completely depleting. Well as I stated I didn't do so and the battery depleted permanently. I decided to buy a better more powerful drill since that one I previously had was not very practical for my at home needs anyway. I was originally searching for an 18v drill and came across this 20v battery with the added bonus of being pink (which is my favorite color,)as did is the tool bag. The drill arrived on time and to my delight has more than enough power needed for personal use. Included in the bag was a holster clip for the drill drill bits and a plug in charger. I even showed it to my father, who was just as elated that a 20v drill, with the battery included, was so reasonably priced. This is a wonderful, durable and powerful drill. Best of all its conveniently priced, less than most 18 volt drills I've seen. I've only used it once and promptly recharged (per my father's recommendation) and so far it's been perfect.
