Does not charge. Does not work… No response from seller after 3 emails and of corse the return window is closed now. Buyer beware. Very disappointed. Inside the packaging they were nice enough to tell me how much pride the company had and how they strive to be the best. Here’s a tip answer emails. I purchased 3 other work pro products at the same time. I won’t be buying anything more from a company that does not care enough to at least offer a solution even if the answer is sorry. I will take my business where it is appreciated.

The case makes this easy to transport and pick the right screw size bit. The motor device that drives it appears weak. I like the recharge feature.

I used this to repair my computer, clean my game consoles, some others electronics...and it's still working. It has an average power, depends on how you use it. Best bang for your buck

I gave it 5 stars because it is very nice. If I were to make any changes it would be with the charging port cover. It has a rubber nub that sticks out and its distracting. I just removed it. I prefer the charging port on the top which makes the control buttons easier to locate. Not worth taking away a star for.

This is a great little tool kit for me because the size is portable and it is easy to use. I have used to this my kids toys trying to open the battery compartment, I had to tighten an outlet and had other small uses for this as well. I like that it’s magnetized as well because the screw can easily get lost but it stays on which is a nice touch but overall I’m happy with product

Great little tool for small repairs! The tool is compact, easy to handle, and perfect for all my precision tasks like phone or electronics repair. The steel bits are sturdy, and the magnetic design keeps everything in place. Battery life could be a bit better, but overall, it’s a handy tool that’s worth having around.

I had high hopes for this screwdriver. Came in a nice case with lots of bits. I used it for a few small projects and then my current project (3d printed 1/16 scale RC vehicle).The torque on this screwdriver is quite poor. Often I had to use the screwdriver as a manual screwdriver at least 5-10 full turns to seat the screw fully as the motor simply couldn't do it. And this on soft PLA plastic with pre-created screw holes.After bogging down on a few screws in my current project, the driver stopped turning. LED light still worked. So I thought maybe the battery is low, so charged it up fully. Still no turning. Looks like the motor is dead.I contacted Workpro through their website, asking what can be done to have this screwdriver replaced or repaired and so far no response. Basically now all it's good for is a manual screwdriver with light.I think the next electric screwdriver I buy will be a Hoto.

I bought it to be my kitchen screwdriver. College kid came home and ended up liking it so it went back with her to the dorm. I really liked I didn't need a drawer full of screwdrivers, so guessing I am going to need to buy another one for me.
