The heavy-duty cast iron feels super sturdy, and the non-slip design keeps my smaller pots steady—no more wobbly cookware! It fits perfectly over my burner, distributing heat evenly for better cooking.It’s also great for reducing burner size, making it easier to use small pans without worrying about them tipping over.Though it does increase the height of the contact between the ports and burner, I think it's worthy of recommendation.

As someone who loves to experiment in the kitchen but is constantly frustrated by my temperamental gas stove, I decided to give the Genumix 2-in-1 Work Burner Ring Stand a shot. Let me tell you, this little gadget has become my go to for everything from simmering delicate sauces to brewing my morning coffee.What I absolutely adore about this burner ring is its versatility. The non-slip design keeps my small pots and pans stable, which is a godsend when I'm trying to cook with my tiny milk pan or moka pot. The heavy-duty cast-iron construction feels solid and distributes heat evenly, making it perfect for slow cooking stews or keeping dishes warm.However, it's not without its quirks. The 23.5cm size can be a bit large for some of my smaller burners, and it does take a while to cool down after use, I've nearly burned myself a couple of times when cleaning up. Also, while I appreciate the durability, it's pretty heavy, which can be a pain when I'm trying to quickly rearrange things on my stovetop.Despite these minor gripes, I've found this burner ring to be an indispensable tool in my kitchen arsenal. Whether I'm brewing a perfect cup of coffee or simmering a sauce that requires precise temperature control, this Genumix ring has made my cooking life so much easier.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the weight and the thick, sturdy frame. The description on Amazon says it is made of Cast Iron. It does stable my very small egg frying pan and milk pan. However, aligning it with the gas cooker hob pan support is a bit of a challenge.

A heavy piece of Cast Iron designed to keep a Pan or Wok stable and/or slightly away from the Flame of your Cooker.To that end it does a fine job in holding a heavy Pot or Pan in one spot.A couple of things to be aware of though. This is basically a heavy chunk of Iron there's no finesse about it, the edges of the lump of Iron are quite sharp in places and could well scratch your Cooker Top if you are not careful.Also note one of the images in the description give the impression this is a two section item.That Photo demonstrates how it can be used facing up or down, it's not two pieces that can be seperated.It's heavy...it's strong and it works...just don't go dropping it on your Foot when using !

Pretty disappointed in this wok ring. Although the build quality is good, it does not serve it's intended purpose at all. The side arms are just simply do not have a steep enough angle to support a real round bottom wok before the bottom of the wok bottoms out on the center. The wok simply flops around defeating the purpose. This happens on both my 12" and 14" wok. If you use a flat bottom wok, it does work but nobody really needs a wok ring for a flat bottom wok. It does work okay for pots and pans that rest directly on the center supports but that limits the size of the vessel that can be used. Overall, i'm very disappointed in this wok ring. It just seems like a terrible implementation of what could have been a good idea.

GENUMIX WOK Ring For Gas Stove. Had A Different Wok Burner Ring & It Never Worked Right-Moved All Over. This Is Solid Cast Iron-Fits Nicely Onto The Burner And It Doesn't Move About As You Are Woking. Sturdy And Effective. It Is As Described On Their Site. My Big Iron Wok Fits Easily Into The Rounded Holder. A Product That Definitely Does Its Job.A Recommend For Just This Simple Item.JOG
