We use this with the chew toy (sold separately). We brush our dogs teeth every night, but they always get some kind of dental chew before that. I was looking for another option to dental bones and these are awesome. We have three dogs under 14 lbs. In the beginning one of them struggled just a bit to figure it out so I broke the treat in half before putting it in the chewer for the first couple days until he got it. Since our dogs are small, I just use the chew on one side instead of both. They are all able to carry the toy around without issue either. I think they are a bit pricey compared to other dental bone options, (especially when the upfront cost to get the chewer was $60+ for all three dogs) however these last usually 20-30 minutes compared to 3-5 minutes of most dental chews; that means more enrichment time so I think it's worth it.

MY dog loves this treat and she is a super chewer and has not torn the toy apart.

can not get the hold for refills and no time frame when it will be available. Therefor the refills are useless and greenies or blue buffalo dental chews are a better deal. No reason given why the biten'brush is not available

I have 2 5yr old weenie dogs, one of which recently had 17 teeth removed. She is still able to chew this product no problem.

I did not find the product you use with the refills on Amazon and bought this in error. BUT they are great! My dogs get super excited when I pull out this bag so it was money well spent. I just have to go to the website to buy the part these are intended for.

I love these chews put in the woof bite and brush toys. My dogs love them. I like how it brushes their teeth also.

My Shih Tzu absolutely loves these dental chews. They are soft enough for a small dog’s mouth and seem to do the trick for helping clean the teeth. I would recommend these for all size dogs.
