This is an amazing item. It is something that you can easily use as a template if you want to make another one out of wood for the other set of grandparents to measure your grandchild with. I have not applied this to the wall yet, but I think it will make a wonderful addition for when our grandchild stays with us so that we can measure how tall he is getting. I would suggest this item or ones that are similar to this to parents or to grandparents that want to measure their child or grandchild throughout the years. If I can make one suggestion for this item, it would be to also offer a sharpie pen or some sort of permanent ink pen that can be applied or attached to this item. That way you would never lose the pen overall a wonderful product.

Perfect for keeping track of kids growth , it was a good size and big enough to keep notes of growth and write in little messages as well. The color is good, my toddler actually wanted to color it which I think would add personality to it but we’ll see.It’s easy to install the sticky tabs are good or you can drill it into the wall as well it’s made of a wood type material.

This giraffe ruler is so much better quality than i expected. It is a beautiful color and will look so nice in my daughters room. I love that i will be able to mark her measurements as she grows.
