I bought the 5 hook coat rack in white. There is 16 1/4 inches between the install holes. So I was easily able to get both into the studs on my wall. I used my screws, though. I know mine are stronger and have the star tip on them. Still, the sleeves fit and I was able to screw on the little cover easily! A solid piece of wood and the hooks are thickly covered in white coating. It's a great coat rack.

I am no longer prime member, so when i get it and found its not suited what i need. To return it will cost me $8.5 . So before place the order and if u not prime make sure it’s really what u need

This is a very nice unit.The wood is sturdy. It is painted nicely. The hooks are nice.But the biggie to me is the mounting hardware it comes with. It has nice drywall hardware. Usually, the anchors are cheap plastic anchors that are worthless. These anchors are very nice. Plus, the screws have covers, also white, to conceal the screws.Yes, highly rated!

Sturdy, strong, and easy to mount. Bought this for a very small section of wall—this fits great into a small space while still being strong enough to hang plenty of things.

Quick little master closet update. Make wife happy in about 10 minutes. I used the larger threaded plastic mounts for drywall for strength. not the ones provided with kit.

This is a decent enough coat rack. My problem with it -- and it's largely my fault as I should have known better -- is the plastic expanding anchors are not sufficient to hold the rack tight against the wall.I'm not hanging 50 pound items from the hooks - I'm hanging a medium weight coat on one hook and a retractable dog leash from another near the back door. Wasn't long before the bolts began loosening and the top of the rack pulling away from the wall. I'll eventually have to rip it out of the wall, spackle or fill the holes in the drywall and install toggle bolts like I should have at the outset.But the rack itself looks pretty nice and appears pretty durable. The caps that hide the bolts are a nice touch (although makes getting the rack off the wall problematic if the anchors spin in the drywall behind it.)
