I live in Florida and in the summertime the mosquitos are horrible. We get a ton of rain and my pool area is surrounded by Areca palm trees and the mosquitos like all the tropical plants to live in. When I want to hang around the pool I usually get several mosquito bites. I tried Wondercide and sprayed the palms and almost instantly the mosquitos disappeared. The cedar oil seems to do the trick. It lasts the weekend even with all the rain we have. I spray Saturday morning and it lasts through the weekend. Its a natural product so no fear of chemicals washing into the bay. There are a lot of products that are touted as mosquito repellents, most of which have little impact but Wondercide actually does work.

It did take 3 applications to make my yard bug free for the summer but it was so worth it! I enjoyed my gardens without being eaten alive & my dog got to enjoy it too. Before I sprayed I had 2 wood ticks and my dog had 3. The mosquitoes were terrible because of all the rain. After I sprayed the first time neither of us had any more ticks and the mosquitoes were drastically reduced. I also like the fact it doesn’t hurt pollinators.

So...this stuff works great! Put it down and chiggers stop crawling, biting, whatever. As long as there is no rain, the yard smells like cedar and all is well. With a bad infestation, after a week another application may be useful. BUT...with even just a rain shower, this product is gone! The good outweighs the bad for me. Not poisonous to kids, dogs, etc. but works. Just pay close attention to your weather guy.

I think in order for this stuff to work as advertised, you'd have to spray your yard very frequently, and spend hundreds of dollars on it every month (which I'm sure the manufacturer would be happy about). It absolutely does work for a while after you spray it, and the smell is way better than actual insecticide, and it appears not to contain any substances that would harm birds or humans. But it's about 3X as expensive as it should be. It's probably comprably expensive and far less work to just hire a service to come spray your yard with an equivalent non-toxic product, every 3 weeks.

I sprayed all my leaves and trees around my house (which is a smaller area in the city). I sprayed for 5 days Ina row giv8ng it the benefit of the doubt. I wait 2 weeks additional before writing this review and I can confidently say this product does not work.In fact not only are the mosquitos alive and well, buy I somehow have a more diverse set of insects all around my house including a wide variety of spiders. I've dumped this on a wasps nest and I got chased away. I sprayed this all over my front porch and I still have mosquitos waiting for me outside and chasing me to my car. This is really frustrating because it was $40 bucks. This stuff is a scam, please don't buy if you value your money. I don't even notice a slight reduction in mosquitos. I dont think this stuff could kill a mosquito if you put on in the bottle and shook it!

It’s definitely effective, especially for ants. But I accidentally used the outdoor spray, indoor and ended up suffering from a vicious migraine, losing my vision for an hour and headache for a day. The smell was horribly strong and affected me immediately. That was totally my fault for mixing them up.

Great stuff! Keeps the mosquitos away, it's safe and easy to apply. The essential oils have a nice smell and the concentrate is a great deal, if you already have the sprayer bottle.

I have been using this for a few years in a row now. I originally purchased the container that attaches to the hose, then buy this as a refill. A little goes a long long way. I actually dont need any more at the moment as I still have some left over from last year (and year before). Best to spray early in the season to catch the early birth cycle of mosquitos. Be sure to get into everywhere you can, and plan to spray every few days for a couple of weeks. I think it says to spray 2x in ten days then maintain after that. I dont recall. I just spray once, then spray again a few days later, then a few days after that until I can tell that the mosquito population has diminished. Then I will just doa quick spray every 10 days or so.I do it in the evening after I mow and weed wack. Seems to work well. And so this is my 3rd bottle in 5 years-ish. I keep coming back for more.
