Ladies-I am 5'9, fit curvy-and wear heels. I'm approximately 200lbs currently. This outfit was ordered for a vintage VIBE executive's party that I was invited to for a sales conference at my employer. The top, absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. The material is thick and luscious. It is not thin as it appears in pics. The pants are much smaller than anticipated. I ordered an XL, as I normally fit excellent in an XL. The shirt was literally perfect. The pants were very snug through my legs, thighs and butt, stomach area. There is NO give. If I bent down, I'd have split my pants. SO, I got TONS of compliments, but I was self conscious because the pants were too tight and I felt that made the shirt look larger than meant to be. It still was gorgeous. I would just recommend ordering a size up if your rear end and thighs are thick or muscular at all. Worth the money. Go up a size in the pants.

It seems like it would be cute. The sizes are not correct. The waistband is elastic but, it does stretch. The pants are only about 24 to 25 inch inseam. They are short.

This out for could be really cute but the need attention to the detail before shipping it out. On the purple material, they should use a purple thread, not white white. You can see all the imperfections and it sticks out like a sore thumb. Not to mention if the sewing machine goes over the track more than once and it’s not a straight line and bunched up super visible. they just need to pay a little bit more attention to finishing the product with the proper threads and this outfit could be very cute. The only other issue I saw is the inside of the sleeve since it’s unfinished. If you’re wearing it off your shoulder, the one sleeve is long and it’s not a problem. The other sleeve becomes shorter and you can see inside how unfinished and how raw the material is and it looks cheap. If they just folded it in a little bit with the same color and finished it off you wouldn’t see it and it would look better more classy. If the company paid more attention and fixed these thread color issues, I’d try it again. Hope they do.

Ordered this for a semi black-tie event where I did not want to wear a dress. Glamming it up with some bulky gold earrings, necklace, cuff bracelet, and some GORGEOUS purple velvet Cole Haan platforms, all from Amazon. I ordered the navy, but it’s more of a purple-navy, which works fine and actually goes better with the platforms than a true navy would. My measurements are 43, 45, 45; apple shape. I ordered the large. Hides what needs to be hidden, and looks great worn off the shoulder.

The pant set is beautiful however Amazon's sizing is off once again. I read the reviews combined with Amazon's sizing and opted for a Medium instead of a Small. I looked like I was wearing a tent. The sad part was that I ordered it for a special event and couldn't wear it because of listening to reviews that said the outfit was large on the top and tight on the bottom. Believe me when I say it was extremely huge all over, so much my alterations lady said it was impossible to alter and make it look appropriate. I am returning and reordering a small. Just be careful when you read reviews that say it is very tight, size up, etc. Go with your gut and order your size. The fabric is beautiful, classy, and one of the best pieces I have seen on Amazon.
