Fabric is thicker than expected. Waist is thicker because of the material. Leg openings are kind of straight, not loose. I would've liked more room for comfort.

I have to say I was a little disappointed in these shorts. I had previously ordered a pair, which were exactly what I was looking for, I couldn't find those and was hoping that these would fit the bill for me, but not to be. These looked like they were unfinished on the bottom hem with a stitch that was about 1/2" above the bottom of the shorts and a raw edge on the very bottom. I made them work by sewing the hem to meet the stitching that was already there.

These shorts are comfortable and they wash up great. The material is thick but not stifling which is great for the end of summer. The pockets are decent and they come down to about mid thigh for me. I ordered a size XL (my measurements are 33 waist and 44 hips) and they fit great. My advice for sizing would be to order based on your hip measurement as the waistband is already a nice amount of snug and the drawstring will allow them to fit better.My main complaint with these (and the reason they lose one star) is that they lay in a weird position. The hem of the shorts is thicker and stiff, so when you start moving or sit down at all it flips up and stays up which looks silly. They're great for lounging around the house though, so if you're looking for something comfortable to lounge around in, these are worth a shot.

The image doesn't do it justice of course, but I’ve been really pleased with these casual shorts. I like the mix of cotton, spandex and french terry fabric, they’re not only lightweight and breathable but also extremely comfortable to wear. These shorts are great for lounging at home or out for a workout, they fit nicely and feel great.The design includes two deep front pockets, which are handy for carrying essentials like keys, phones, and wallets. I preferhigh waisted elastic band shorts like this for the flexibility of adjustments, comfort and keeping them in place without restricting movement.The color hasn't faded and the fabric hasn't shrunk yet. I do realize over time that may occur, but it's still holding up well. For anyone looking for durable, all-around shorts, these are a fantastic choice.

These are well made and comfortable but long and a bit baggy. The waist fits well but the rest looks a bit frumpy on me.

I love these shorts! They are thick, sporty and comfortable. They are a little oversized, so I could easily have ordered a size small, but I'm happy with them. Great fall shorts to wear with a hoodie in the fall.
