At first when I received the package, they sent me a size small. I started a return and the same day my replacement was sent to be shipped. I returned my package yesterday and received my replacement today. I ordered a size XL (for reference I'm about 5'5" and weight around 190. I've got thick legs and a booty as well as a tummy). The suggested size per Amazon was Large but I was afraid of getting that whole muffin top look that of course we all hate lol. I don't get that at all. An XL is almost actually too big. The fabric is stretchy and fits in all the right places. These are also a great length personally! I plan to order more in different colors but will be sizing down to a large

I ordered several pairs thinking they would be the same jean short, but in different colors. Not true. The A1-pale Blue are the perfect Jean short with the right amount of fringe at the legs. The other styles of this brand, the fringe was weirdly long. There are a lot of rips, but the pocket lining can cover it so you are not showing a lot of skin. They are great length and small fit for 105 lbs/5’3.

At first these were my favorite pair of shorts! They were comfy and cute. Then while wearing them, the denim ripped straight up the middle from a pre-ripped area and they were done for. So sad that these ripped the way they did because they really were great at first.

Have nice get-away sticks? You'll love these. These frayed/distressed shorts are the perfect summer festival short: Cute, nice fraying on the raw hem, short inseam, mid-rise (just below belly button). There is a decent amount of stretch for comfortable all-day wear. And: REAL FRONT POCKETS - deep, put-your-entire-hand inside pockets. Anyway, I love these. There was bit of a chemical manufacturing odor when I first opened them, but I washed them before wearing them and it went away. I have washed and dried them a number of times since I got them, and no shrinkage.

These shorts are made of a very thin material, not quite as thick as regular denim but they do have some stretch to them. If you don't have a thigh gap they will ride up a bit, but not as bad as most shorts. Overall I like the way they look and feel, but I think they are a bit overpriced for the quality of fabric used. I would recommend these shorts for anyone who is concerned about them riding up if you don't mind the price. For reference I am 5'4" 157 lbs and I ordered a medium which is a bit snug but OK due to the stretch of the fabric. The sizing chart seems accurate.
