Typical rain scarf, keeps your head dry. Fits fine on my head. It does over extend my face a bit, but that’s not a bad thing.

The value is great, I used to see my late aunt wear them and I said that's because she's old, well I realize that was because she was wise because most of the time my umbrella is in my car and I get wet running to the car. So now I am wiser and my hair is dry until I make it to my car. And I hate to get my hair wet because it looks crazy wet. Buy it because it rolls up small in your purse and you are going to love it!

This is a great “rain” hat! I’ve not tried it yet ( thankfully, it hasn’t rained since I got it). However, it’s just like an old one((12 yrs.) that I loved. Wonderful to be able to see while wearing & great that the inside netting prevents hair squashing!
