I typically wear a Medium but ordered and X-Large and I'm glad I did because this runs small.I read the comments about people being disappointed that this was not super bright- and its NOT, HOWEVER- no one ever said it WAS. The description reads GLOWING EFFECT. It does NOT read super bright, light up the night effects. Its fiber optics- NOT LED's. If its dark (ie NO environmental light) - you will glow. If your at a rave/ festival with black lights- you will glow even more.The material feels like a wind breaker jacket. The hood is very spacious and does not pull on your head. The details are really nice and the lining inside is comfortable. This would be really cute on its own or on top of you favorite raveware for some illumination.Plus, the tech on this thing is really interesting. Yup- there's an app for that. You can set the lights to glow with the rhythm of your phone's music OR with the rhythm of the surrounding music- which is REALLY cool. You can also set your color to monochrome mode or multi-color mode. I've not worn it long enough to test the battery life.

This is definitely more like a M/L than an XL... not happy that I cannot zip it up I had plans for this bad boy!! BEFORE YOU BUY IT MAKE SURE YOU BUY IT AT LEAST A SIZE BIGGER I WOULD SAY 2 SIZES BIGGER! If you are a larger breasted woman definitely 2 sizes bigger! Besides the size differential the vest is super cute there is a battery pack in your pocket to turn it on and off! The LED lights change colors and you can also change the pattern in which it lights up! AWESOME for a glow party or rave!

The lights on this best isn't super bright. You won't be able to see anything in daylight or even in ambient lighting. In the dark, it works. Again it's not super bright, but it is brighter than glowing materials. I like the wavy ripple pattern of the lights. The vest material is flexible and comfortable to wear given what it is. It's a fun piece for sure. And it comes in a nice giftable box.

I had really high hopes based on the price of the item, the photos, and the reviews. The hood barely lights up at all, and the bottom is so dull. I even tried to adjust settings in the app, but that was as bright as it would go.Unfortunately, this $200 vest isn’t as vibrant as it should be. I will be returning for a refund. Was hoping to wear this on Star Wars Starcruiser and you can’t see it illuminated in light, and barely in darker settings either. Look for another item.

Bought this one for my teeneager daughter for club party. And have no regrets. It fit my daugter. It is cool especially at night with lights. Color is so bright and it is changeable. This is the best part my daugter loved it. You can attract the attention of the people around you. The lining is made of polyester material. So it is comfortable. It is an innovative product that works well. The problem is I don’t know how to be washed it yet.
