After trying a couple of other headbands and not being satisfied, this one just nailed it! I wanted something to run in, during winters which will keep my ears warm, sweat away from the face and also have enough space for my Bluetooth earphones inside. This headband does the job, and holds the ponytail too, as a bonus!Definitely buying a couple more of these.

Great material! I'm tired of running and biking in below freezing temperatures, but what can I do about winter? 🤷♀️ I've worn this headpiece under a helmet while biking in the aero position and it stays put. It keeps me warm and my ponytail snug as a bug in a rug.

I have loved wearing this ponytail headband on my training runs. It fits perfectly. I have used in sub-freezing and in moderate temps. I like the longer sides and pull them down over my ears when cold, and fold up when warm. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and the headband stays where I want it on my head. I highly recommend this item.

I bought the MIFULGOO Women’s Ponytail Headband Ear Warmer Sweatband in the charcoal-gray color. My ears easily get cold which causes a piercing pain in my eardrums and head even in the upper 50s or low 60s Fahrenheit-- especially when it is windy. This sweatband covers my ears adequately and holds my headphone buds in place while running. I have a medium-sized woman's head shape and I debated on ordering the larger black one since my face is more comfortable in men's eyewear. This regular-sized one is just right, not tight and not loose.

Love this! Keeps my ears really warm in the winter when running in the cold. Always a problem for me when wearing hats. Head too warm, ears too cold. This is just right. Not bulky.

Stayed in place during a 5k run and kept me warm in March in north Iowa. When I got it, I thought it was too thin and the wind would blow right through it but it worked well.
