Inexpensive way to dress up an old car!I put these on my mom’s old Kia Rio and she was really happy with the way it looks. Better than the old rusty steel rims. I did clean up the steel wheels first and spray painted them black before putting on these hub caps. Great results for a $6 dollar can of spray paint and $40 hub caps! Very happy!
