This is exactly what I needed to run to the rear camera in my 2022 Tacoma. I ran mine out of the firewall, down through the engine and along the frame of the truck to the bed and mounted the rear camera on the window of my cap. I had enough cable to make it and just a little more but not too much.

Das Kabel funktioniert und ist 10m lang. TopWas mich stört, da wird 7m Kabel mitgeliefert, ich habe auch noch die andere Kamera, auch dort 7m Kabel dabei.Aber 2x7 ist nicht 14, nein man kauft noch 10m extra und wirft 2 neue Kabel weg. Das ist weder nachhaltig noch wirtschaftlich.Viel lieber hätte ich es, wenn es eine Verlängerung gäbe oder die Kabel so gestaltet würden, dass vorne und hinten zusammen passt.Auch zum Verlegen wäre das viel besser, als mit 10m Kabel rumzufuhrwerken.Und kommt nicht mit "Verbindung ist Fehlerquelle", direkt an der Kamera ist ja nur ein Stummel Kabel, was nervt, wenn man außen ein Stück verlegen wollte. Da wären 7m fest an der Kamera und 3m Verlängerung innen, deutlich besser.

As always wolf box has made a quality product and it works perfectly.I have a 2014 f150 super crew w/ 5.5 bed. I had about 12” of loose wire.I ran the wire along the front windshield down the A pillar to the floorboard along the passenger side went out through the back of the cab entered inside the frame ran the center of the frame out the back and up through the passenger rear tail light and up to the third brake light where I mounted the camera.

Installed on an extended cab/standard bed pickup truck and have ~4-5 feet left over coiled up in the tail-light housing. Should be enough to do a full crew cab + standard bed, maaayyyybe extended bed+crew cab.Might help to run a string to measure your installation (and then use it to gently pull the cable through after ordering)

Easy installation. I ordered extended cord for routing wires to the back pig my Leer topper.Camera angle can adjust on the screen. Very pleased.

I have a 2011 GMC Sierra extended cab and cable wass perfect length. had @ 3-4 extra feet of cable soit would also work for crew cab 4dr. Cable and ends are good quality .

My particular installation might--just might--have been possible with the standard camera cable. But it would have been tight and I would have had to make some compromises in routing the cable instead of putting it where I wanted it.Wolfbox to the rescue with the extension cable. It allowed me to do a much simpler, neater routing. (Pro tip: Plug it in and test it before you route it. While I had no problems at all, I thought of this after I'd cable-tied and routed about half of it.)My cable has several feet that are exposed to the elements (but not the connectors) and I've seen no sign that there has been any problem as a result of this.Really glad I made the purchase.

The camera and rear view setup are excellent products. But it comes with a 25 ft cable. The longer cables are described as extensions, however they are not extensions, they are full cables and cannot be connected to the existing 25 full cable. My RV is 32ft. I ordered the 33ft extension, butt as stated it is NOT an extension. And 33ft is too short for the route it needs to take. I have had to send it back and get the 50ft cable (also described as an extension - it is NOT) Read all the reviews first. I’m hoping the seller will correct this to avoid others having this issue. Otherwise, the image is great

So I bought the kit with what I thought would have been enough but was short 1 and a half ft! After already fishing and feeding the rear camera wire through the truck. So I ordered the "extension" thinking it would extend what I had already painstakingly took off plastics, drill e holes, run and zip tied. Na.... It had both the mini plug and the four pin end and I had to cut the mini phono plug off the extension and splice in the original cable. Then I ran the remaining to the camera.Would be sweet for idiots like me to have a connector sent with the said "extension" to keep the ends on and continue with the "extension". The wire color on the "extension" also has one wire that's a different color than what came with the original from the box, not a big issue.Make an adapter that will allow already run cable to be "Extended" to and with the longer wire you provide so we don't have to rip out and start over what we've run. It's almost impossible to measure accurately through a truck and where you have to run cables. Anyways the entire unit works well.

If this is to be installed in a extended cab pick-up, the cable for the rear camera isn’t long enough. I feel the manufacturer’s could have added a couple of feet to the cable rather than force consumers to purchase a longer on.

Instructions are well written. Purchased the extension and the hard wiring kit as well. High quality equipment especially wiring and connectors. Everything is included including SD card. Wiring the rear cam is challenging. (for any product) The small barrel style connectors survived the installation ordeal on a hatchback matrix. The rear cam is a solid component with full 1080p. Good product. Highly recommend this product.
