I bought this so that I could easily store my Christmas dinnerware that I only use during the holidays, which is an eight piece set. I was disappointed that the storage container for the coffee cups was missing one of the inserts. I cut a piece of cardboard to fit so that I could use it to put my coffee cups away. I did contact the seller to see if they would send me the missing piece. They did it provide extra pieces of felt to go between the dishes, and there is enough for a 12 piece set. I don’t really have use for the wine glass storage, so I plan to use it to better organize my Christmas ornaments. Each storage container is made of a rather flimsy material, but it works my purposes. You still need to be careful when you store your dinnerware, but it does help to organize the cups and plates.I’m giving it only three stars because of the missing insert and flimsiness of the material.

I needed something to store my Grandma's vintage 1930s china. Found these and love them.Pros...Sturdy quilted sides and good zippers.Comes with soft dividers for between the plates, which I really like.Perfect size for the pieces I have.Cons...The smell...it has a China plastic factory smell. Luckily it dissipated after sitting out for a few days. Unzip and open the pieces to air out.Definitely a good buy.

Bought this to store some fancy cups and stemware. The quilted material is thin but gets the job done. The sturdiness comes from cardboard. Valuable purchase.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product. Seems very sturdy. Attractive. Took a bit of maneuvering to put inserts in (for glass & cup storage cases) and zip it. At first, I thought those cases were too small, but what it is, is a nice, snug fit. There was a little bit of fraying on the inserts, that some snips of a scissor took care of. Definitely serves my needs for now and my china is well protected in my cabinet. For a move, extra padding is necessary, but there's extra room for that. There are nice felt pieces to put in between each plate. (4 stars).There was a missing piece, a cardboard divider insert for the wine glass storage container (-1 star), which I don't NEED at this time, but it would be nice to have the complete set of inserts for the future when I do have a set. For now, I'm using it to store table linens and a couple of serving trays.UPDATE: I received a replacement set and am very happy with the excellent customer service I received. Up a star to 4 stars! I will definitely be purchasing other products from this seller. I also want to add to my review that handles would be a nice addition.
