used this today, now I have never used toast racks before, and only picked one up as I read that making non soggy toast needed one. and yes it worked. absolutely revelatory toast right there. I know this is a bit gushing, but a minute cooling in a toast rack brings a new crunch to toast! this item is great, as its wide enough for crumpets, or muffins. great product, and it's heavy enough to sit on a worktop and stay stable, not like some of the metal ones that can skid about, perfect if, like me, you are unable to see where you placed the toast rack and need to feel for it when grabbing that second bit of toast from the rrack, or maybe the third or forth. cleans up well too, which of course I did before use.

Sturdy toast rack. Helps to keep slices crisp and not soggy. Can go in the dishwasher. Better looking than metal racks.I had to order this twice the first was shattered in shipping. Return and reshipment was fast and painless.
