Initially, I was thrilled with this Withings smart watch. It performed well and seemed worth the investment. However, after just 4 months, it stopped holding a charge, rendering it completely useless. For a product at this price point, I expected significantly better durability and reliability.I regret not choosing a FitBit instead. My previous FitBit lasted for years without any issues, but I opted for Withings this time because I already own their smart scale. Unfortunately, this decision has been disappointing.To make matters worse, Amazon’s customer service no longer supports returns or exchanges for the watch, despite its supposed two-year warranty. When I tried contacting Withings directly via their chatbot, I was simply referred back to Amazon. So if your watch dies prematurely, you’re out of luck—no proper procedures are in place to handle returns or warranty claims.Selling expensive products without reliable customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing this watch, and I certainly wouldn’t repurchase it myself.

I originally saw this watch on the wrist of a woman when I was headed in to get some blood work done on myself and thought that it was gorgeous. It was right before Christmas. My husband was with me and I had mentioned to him that this was something that I might would want for Christmas because I didn’t have a smart watch coming from using a Apple Watch for seven years and then going to no watch was difficult for me, so I figured this would be a great way to kick off the new year. This does the absolute minimum of what any smart watch can possibly do it is pretty but you can’t answer calls. You can’t send text messages. You can’t listen to music you can’t do anything with that other than tell time and know that someone is calling you or that a message has been sent to you.

Very user friendly and love the app. The watch itself you have to be careful. I wouldn’t consider it to be an everyday watch. I dropped it and the hands are not accurate to the time. Can’t recalibrate.

Bought this for step tracking and a clock plus it connects to phone to alert me when I can’t look. Only thing I don’t like is band is itchy to my skin and little to no option for others.

I have used this brand since at least 6 years, but the scanwatch has been so dissapointing, I ended up buying a steel HR instead which in my opinion outperform the scanwatch (which popped open after a few months of usage), I bought this one for my wife since she is not as intense user, and removes it before swimming.

I got this to replace my Apple Watch. I loved the health tracking and notifications that my Apple Watch gave me but always wanted a more classic looking watch. Garmin is too clunky for me. Once this arrived and I saw it / tired it on I fell in love. Look how sheik I look! The battery life is AMAZING compared to the Apple Watch and it has all of the smart watch features that I could ever need. I wish that Withings+ was free but still 5/5 stars for me

L'orologio è bellisismo e ben rifinito.Le notifiche sono un poco macchinose da reperire. Quello che non mi ha convinto del tutto sono le informazioni del software sul cell. Ridotte proprio all'essenziale. Dubbio anche sul numero di passi registrati che vengono conteggiati in modo piuttosto generoso.Da acquistarsi come un elegante giocattolo. Per misurare l'attività sportiva e fisica, consiglio altri prodotti meno costosi.Aggiorno la mia recensione dopo aver parlato col servizio clienti: lo smartwatch non ha integrato sul software, già inutilmente complesso per altro, la funzione per ricercare il proprio cellulare eventualmente smarrito in giro per casa. Dice che prenderanno in considerazione questa possibilità. Il fatto è che si tratta di una funzione giá da anni presente su gadget da pochi euro e la withings non è stata in grado di integrarlo in quasi 300 euro di giocattolo. Insomma, sconsiglio l'acquisto..
