  • However, based on our testing, this product does not support devices requiring isochronous transfer, which demands millisecond-level data transmission. Therefore, USB cameras, microphones, and audio devices are not compatible.

  • Our print server setup is simpler than others on the market. While it is not plug-and-play and does require some network and system configuration for optimal performance, we provide a detailed guide to assist you.

  • Yes, you need to ensure that your computer system has the appropriate drivers for your printer model or usb devices installed. Additionally, use Xiiaozet Virtual USB Connect Tool to manage the connection and disconnection of Printer/ USB device.

Trying to get help from this company is like trying to pull teeth from a bear, a total WASTE of time! Save your money and sanity, buy a different product from a different manufacturer.

I have a print server already but this device claims to also allow sharing of devices such as webcams and scanners.So far it's only print server. I have yet to get anything else to function. The computers on the network can see the devices attached to this device, however, that's where it ends.I've asked for support from Xiiaozet but haven't received a respnse yet.Updates will be made here if/when issue is addressed.:: UPDATE :: Xiiaozet support contacted me and informed me that this device will NOT provide “other” usb support for a Mac including such items as webcams.
