My husband had to sell his drum set because of our space limitations. He was so excited when I gave this to him. He was able to go back playing drums. This product has high sound quality, it's easy to use and to set up, doesn't take a lot space - and it's portable - lots of fun to play .

Very awesome gift idea! The whole family has had fun with these drums. It's like the real thing. All the symbols and foot pedals and different types of drums! It makes the correct sounds and calibrated in the correct locations. My kids are having a blast with this.Made well. Fun, portable play!

For my objective for purchasing this and the price, I might keep it, but only because of the price and you can still get a good drum workout with them.There's definitely delay. It's not real, precise, or consistently accurate timing and playback of what you're performing. The marks where you're supposed to hit are not in sync with the real layout of a drum set/poster they provide as a reference. I actually had to hit behind my head to achieve a snare drum sound before recalibration.I still may return it. I just opened it and tested it out. Maybe it'll warm up. I love the idea and concept though! The work of a full drum set really makes this worth it if I can get it to act right.Also though the box was sealed, the packaging inside looked like it has been opened/used before. The qr code instruction manual was I. Chinese, so unless you know that you have you use contact clues and follow the video visuals.

This drum set is truly amazing. It is amazing what you can do with technology, isn't it?After reading the directions, I figured out how to use these drums and sticks and movable parts. It is remarkable that you can bat at the air and get a sound. The little attachments for the feet are not to be missed. You really need to get the full body experience of playing these drums.They sound decent enough. Directions tell you how to calibrate them. So read carefully. Sometimes you will get the wrong instrument playing at the wrong time, so calibration is important.I gave this item four stars because I didn't want to be too brutal. As a musician and teacher who knows music, nothing will replace a real human giving instruction for an instrument. How you hold the sticks and position them, how to do a drum roll (I really couldn't do that with this kit!), and other important foundational techniques are only something a human can provide!For the fun of it, for a full body experience in playing the drums, for the sake of colored lights and playing this instrument in the dark (which looks really cool), this is a starter to whet the appetite of being able to play real drums.Of course, if you are limited on space, these are perfect because everything fits neatly into the box and you can put it away in the closet to store. Drum sets take up a lot of space so this kit has the saving space problem solved.I appreciate this item and can use it to teach rhythm and to mix up the learning with my students.
