Our htcuto wireless fence sends a false alarm to both collars when the dogs are merely 2 feet away from the remote which scares them. Yes, the batteries are charged and there are no obstructions within the 2 feet of them standing by the remote. I sent the company on inquiry but have not heard anything. I will return this product.

This training tool is amazing! The connection is strong and reliable, even at long distances. I appreciate the multiple functions, which make training my dog much easier. The fence mode is particularly effective; I can create a safe boundary outdoors and let my dog off-leash without worry. The battery life is also impressive. Even with frequent use over the past ten days, I haven't needed to recharge it yet.

This thing was garbage. Got it for both of my dogs and one of the collars constantly beeped allllll the time. When we went outside we set it to be so many yards out and no matter where they were it would just beep and vibrate so my dogs would get confused and come running inside allll the time.

Great wireless dog fence! We are using it for our 2 dogs. It was expensive but worth the money. The collars are very sturdy & adjustable. The instructions were easy to understand.

This appears to work as advertised. Beware of line of sight. If your intention is to put this in your house and have it set a perimeter around your house, think again. It did not work for me. I placed it in a window and it works better for the front yard only. Better to keep it on your person or in a window. Also, the remote turned itself off. Battery was fine. I guess it just turns off after a few days. Be sure to check the remote before you let your dog out. Advertised to charge after many days. I have had it for about a week on constantly and the battery ran down to a level where I felt the need to charge both the remote and the collar. I estimate the need to recharge at least every 2 weeks if left on constantly. You get what you pay for. This was a cheap alternative to the expensive GPS collar we want to get when our puppy is grown. It will work for now.

This training collar is not only effective, but also comfortable for dogs to wear. It is very easy to operate, and even an inexperienced owner like me can use it easily. After using it, the dog's behavior has been well corrected, especially the problem of it running around outside has been solved. I

Since using this collar, I have found that its response has improved significantly. When walking the dog outdoors, the vibration function of the collar effectively reminds it and makes it more focused on the instructions I give. Now, our training effect is very obvious. The dog not only follows me obediently, but can even do some simple commands such as "sit" and "come". This collar is not only safe and reliable, but also very helpful in the dog's training process. I highly recommend it to dog owners who also need training!
