Return window closed and that’s when wine opener stopped working and broke. Useless and waste of money!!!

Forget the Rabbit brand and a lot more $. This all metal unit os made better, smaller profileI had 2 Rabbit wine cork removers expensive & both broke after a sort # of bottles opened.

I'm not really happy with the presentation. was hoping to give this as a gift, but it's kind of tacky in a plain Brown Box. The red looks different than in the picture, this is kind of a mat finish red. The opener its self contains more plastic than expected.
