The glasses are noticeably heavier (slightly) than the IKEA equivalent glasses and feels nice to gold. They were packaged very well with each glass having its own separate protective wrapping.

I ordered this set of 12 to use for an alcohol ink painting project I did for my book club girlfriends. I like the shape and they all arrived nicely packaged and all unbroken. The value was good for the price and the purpose. I personally like my wine glasses thinner but these were thin enough for this project and definitely not thick or very heavy. I would buy them again.
