(ie. don’t let it get wet)Original review: 👇🏼Considering how much it costs to have a professional protective layer added to your windshield, this DIY solution is extremely cost-effective.It was easy to apply with no harsh odors, and now it gets put to the tarmac test on Southern California roads.If I don’t update this review, you can assume I’m a happy customer.

I've applied ceramic coatings to car body panels before, but applying this nano bond to the windshield is much tougher. On my initial pass at applying this coating, I got quite a bit of streaking and learned a few things about application. First, be sure that your windshield is entirely clean. Do this by using soapy water on the windshield, and wiping it down with a regular towel (not microfiber as this will streak). If there's any residue remaining on the windshield after your first pass at cleaning, use 70% isopropyl and spray it on the windshield, then wipe again with a clean towel. Next, spray the coating on the windshield, keeping about a 1 foot distance from the windshield to get an even spray, and only start with 1/3-1/2 of the windshield. Then, squeegee down the coating to the bottom of the windshield and wipe off the excess, this can be tricky and requires patience. After all set and done, I definitely get some good hydrophobic properties out of this nano bond coating.

So far after a month the protectant and water beading effect has held up well, even after quite a bit of wiper use.The install/application of this was a little more than I expected from the instructions. The instructions in the box don't match the video on the product page and I wish it would have said to use isopropyl alcohol to clean the windshield in the instructions but I messaged the seller and they gave me that info. When buffing the product out I found it easier to use a microfiber towel I had than the included sponge. I also found the squeegee to be a little odd with the curve in it as it made it hard to get the edges of the windshield.After applying this I have noticed little shimmers in my windshield mainly at night or when light is shining in the windshield. I'm not sure if this is the product "filling in windshield defects" or just imperfect application on my part.I bought a 2nd bottle for my parents cars and I would buy it again since it does seem to work well, it just seems like it could be improved.

Recently applied the product and will do a full review in the near future. Application went on as described. Used 1/2 the product in the first application. It does appear to cling to the windshield and took some buffing to clean it off. I’m assuming this to be good!

Shipped super fast, directions were great and it was easy to apply. Two days after I put it on a pebble slammed into my windshield and left no crack or issue! I’m a happy customer
