Arrived on time and well packaged. When I unpacked the Glass breaker & seatbelt cutter I was surprised how small the item was; which I like. Also comes with a little holder that easily can be left out or stored in the car up front. As described online; the kit also has a round โpractice glassโ included so that the Breaker can be tested. I tested the breaker and was surprised how easy and fast the glass broke. Did not try the seatbelt cutter obviously on my seatbelt but on similar fabric. The cutter too works easy and fast. A small quality Breaker that makes my family and I feel safer and secure.

Question: What do you do if your car is disabled and you need to get out in order to save your own life? For example, you drive off the road into a body of water and your car begins sinking. Or, imagine your EV battery fails, catches fire, and the door controls are inoperable. The Window Breaker and Seatbelt Cutter from Qayacir is the right tool for the job.Itโs a spring-loaded punch for glass. In theory, one just needs to remove the cap, and firmly press the tip into the glass. The tip retracts, then strikes the glass with great vengeance and furious anger, causing it to shatter. The seat belt cutter is a recessed razor blade that in theory, can cut a safety belt without harming the occupant.Pros: Small sized. Easy to operate. No need to โswingโ at a target. Comes with a piece of glass for practice. Adhesive mounting clip for storage on the โA-Pillarโ or some other suitable location.Cons: The keychain lanyard is absolutely worthless. The caps are held in place by friction only. If you try to carry this on a keyring, the cutter just falls off. The mounting clip is also weak. Itโs doubtful that the cutter will remain in-pace during a violent car crash.Iโll be mounting this cutter on the underside of the center console lid in my car. That way if I do wreck, I can reach into the center console and find the cutter in its mount, or laying inside the cubby.

This car safety tool is a must have for your car or truck. It's manufactured well with quality materials and spots a seat belt cutter, spring loaded glass breaker and a clip mount for car installation. This is the best emergency tool I've bought thus far.

This window breaker is a mixed bag of positive and negative for me. It's small, compact and the quality appears good. It comes with a holder so the item can be easily reached in your car should it be needed in an emergency. I really liked that a circle of thick glass was included so I could try the glass breaking myself. It's reassuring to know that it easily smashes the glass in advance of actually needing it. And, with this type of device, you really cannot see how the glass will get broken so having the ability to test it was great. To break the glass you just need to push the tip onto the window with a bit of pressure and something triggers inside and breaks the glass. One note on this: When you try breaking out the sample glass, do it outside. While I should have, I did not expect it to shatter as it did and I got glass all over my kitchen floor. But....it certainly did the job. I included a photo of the broken glass for reference. On to the seat belt cutter. I wish I could say positive things about it, but no such luck. After reading the instructions on the box, I tried to cut paper and a piece of material (not having a seat belt available that needed cutting) and was not able to cut either more than a 1/4 inch. Perhaps it's me. I don't know, but the cutter doesn't seem to be as simple to use as one would expect. Finally, the instructions leave much to be desired. They give several warnings about being able to adeptly use the belt cutter, but doesn't give any tips on it. As I said, I could only cut paper and material slightly. There are also a couple of warnings about using the device safely to avoid secondary injury, but doen't really expand on what specifically would cause injury. Finally, there is a warning to thoroughly review the instructions and keep them close for handy reference should the item be needed. If I need to use this product then its an emergency and looking for and reading instructions won't be part of the plan. Having the cutter work intuitively would be a better plan for me.
