Like many of the more generous reviews here, this item costs far less than a BMW wind deflector. However it is sadly another case of “you get what you pay for.” Several reviewers have asked how to tighten it so that it does not flop down, but since there has been no answer and there is NO Instruction manual- who knows? Also the knobs fall apart/separate easily. Since there is no product support, one doesn’t know if this is a bug or a feature. Some basic instructional guidance from the manufacturer might improve the situation.

Photos show how poorly made it is. Not adjustable and endocarps fall off and cannot be made to stay on. Packaging was poor and I was surprised it was not destroyed in transit. HOWEVER, it works very well and effectively blocks all blowback from the back seat and from up between and around the sides of the front seats. So it does its job, but it's just kind of junky and not up to the same quality as the official BMW piece that it replaces. So it's functional and for 1/3 the price of the original, but not the same quality. It doesn't appear that it will last as long either.

My 2013 BMW 328i windscreen was worn & screen kept collapsing in wind. BMW wanted $750 for a new one. This was far cheaper (shipping was $80 from Netherlands) than BMW and studier. Seller assisted by promptly answering my install questions. Downside? This does not fold in half as BMW one did

The wind deflector works great when it is up. The installation is simple and can be completed in seconds.My only issue is that it falls down upon takeoff and you need to reach back and hold it with your hand as you accelerate from a stop. I can't find any way to tighten it to prevent this from happening.

This windscreen works well, fits perfectly, is very easy to put in and take out and was a much better value than the BMW dealer which was almost 3x the cost!
