If you had no wind deflector it's probably 5 stars. It's sturdy and is well made, fits well and doesnt rattle. If you had the wind deflector from BMW this is a step down. This is heavier and does not fold in half so takes up more space in very limited convertible trunk and back seat. It also has a gap between the top and bottom half with no screen. The BMW screen was one solid piece that covered the entire top and bottom half leaving no gap. This gap creates an air channel that blows directly down your neck. It works to some degree but the wind channel in the middle of the wind deflector is a flaw/miss that is a step down.
