This sheet pan rack is made from heavy-duty aluminum and can hold up to 650 pounds making it ideal for daily use in even the most demanding restaurant kitchens and bakeries. Each tier is spaced 3” apart allowing this rack to be used for a variety of foods. Missing 2 bolts and 10 lock washers. Hoping manufacture will respond and send me replacement parts. Really big and awkward to try and send back.

Exactly 70% of all the hardware is missing, returning them. All the packages were beat up and up. Total junk!!!

When I opened the box, two bolts that were stuck between the sides of the box (it was a top and bottom overlapped and held together with banding, so not fully sealed), and fell out. Then I see that the bolts and washers were floating around in the box, as their baggie was torn wide open as you see pictured. As a result, I’m missing 1 bolt and 7 washers. About to put it together, we’ll see how it works out.
