The stainless steel push rod has a longer stroke than most cylinders assuring a full release of the clutch. This slave cylinder is ideal for Drag Racing, Late Model Stock, Pro Series and Off Road applications.

I got this for a slave cylinder on my clutch, it is a pull system. The description of the item says that’s what it is for… when looking at it brakes were mentioned, no big deal, but when I looked at the cylinder itself it has (clutch) with an arrow pointing the opposite way of what it needs to go…. I put it on opposite of what the writing said, works fine with no problems..yet.love the longer throw, over one inch compared to the .88 inch one that was on it.

The slave cylinder leaks out of the box. Went to bleed in and it won't hold pressure. Leaking air out of the stud on the side that goes to the clutch fork. Tried contacting through Amazon for a replacement and they sent me to wilwoods site. Emailed wilwood customer service and they told me they don't sell directly through Amazon so they can't help me either.

Easy installation , works great in a custom application on my 32 Ford street rod. Reviews did not give great longevity so I bought the 4 year warranty

Ordered this awhile back, just got around to installing it.Looks good in anodized red.I measured against the old one and preset the jam nut to give me a starting point once installed.Removed the old cyl., installed the new one, making sure to put the pivot spacer in its proper place and orientation.Reconnected brake line, bled new cylinder and tried operation. Voila!! Clutch pedal now activates remote cylinder, which disengages clutch. Success is so sweet!Good price.Good quality.Placement of bleeder screw is perfect for easy access when bleeding.I would recommend and would buy again.Fast shipping too!

Be careful with this one. It says it's "hardened" aluminum. The instructions emphasize make sure it has good alignment or it will prematurely wear out. Good alignment is perfect alignment - as in get out a level. Mine had a very slight angle and wore out in only 3 weeks. There is a copy of this cylinder available on ebay that is cheaper.
