Perfect size for popping a French bread pizza! I like to broil my steaks in the winter, this is perfect for that when it's too cold to grill. It's super easy to clean and store.

Je l'adore. Superbe qualité, mes biscuits n'attachent pas et ressortent doré à souhait.Le nettoyage au chiffon doux sous l'eau tiède se fait en 30 secondes.Les poignées facilitent la manipulation.C'est bien simple j'en commande un deuxième car deux plaque tiennent dans la largeur d'un fur traditionnel standard.

Questa piastra è davvero perfetta per cuocere biscotti e macaron, io ne ho prese addirittura due! Le ho lavate anche in lavastoviglie senza problemi. Consigliatissima.

(Update: I just had a new use for it, that makes it well worth it. I sometimes use foil pans for a quick cleanup when company comes. Usually, I'm worrying about support, and using a giant cookie sheet to get it in and out of the oven, which is a waste of oven space and table space when I get it out. This pan fits the foil pans 13x9 cake size PERFECTLY! I could even fit it in my fridge, and had no wasted space at all, and it supports the pan very well, even with heavy lasagna in it. THAT is worth the price, all by itself! WooHoo! : )Original Review:As a cookie sheet - I don't love it, I don't hate it. It's kind of a weird size, and a weird surface. I just got it to get me over the $25. free shipping balance, so I had no particular need for it. Just a filler item.I thought it might be good for my toaster oven, but it's too long for that. My toaster oven is pretty good sized, but this is just a bit too long to fit (just under 15"). So now it's too big for my toaster oven, and it's kind of a joke in my big oven. I suppose it would be OK for if you wanted to cook something small, and have room for another pan in the oven on the same shelf.I tried it, and it works OK. I ran it through the dishwasher twice. Once before I baked, and once after. It cleaned up nicely the first time, with no staining, or film - like some no-stick surfaces get in there. I was happy about that, and the rolled edge didn't seem to hold too much water, as some I've had do.That said, the second wash got it clean, and no film, but there does seem to be some discoloration from where the food was on it. Not keen on scouring it so soon, so I'm gonna assume it's just discoloration, and not stuck on film. It feels clean, it just looks off.This no-stick surface feels slick. Not like Teflon - just super shiny. Not sure how it will hold up over time, but OK so far. For a filler item, it's better than paying the S&H.
