This made it through Christmas and is pretty much bottom of the bin now (end of Jan). The amp has no volume, its on or off but not obnoxiously loud. The guitar is touch activated with metal strings but no matter what string you touch it plays the same cord. The preset songs are decent, some are kind of early arcade game sounding. Im just happy this one worked out of the box.

This plug to the guitar to the speaker is not working already. Can we get a replacement? Amazon doesn't make it easy for you to figure these things. Can somebody please help?

This toy lasted barely a day. Microphone doesn’t work stand doesn’t stay up when you adjust the height and you can barely hear a thing coming out of the speaker.

We got it for our daughter, and it’s cute but kind of cheap to be honest. The guitar has a loose string that you cannot tighten, and the guitar plays whatever it wants when you hit any string. It’s definitely a toy and does not allow the kids to pretend they are playing real instruments. The mic is alright, but not very well made. Just overall kind of cheap, get a real karaoke machine if your kids likes to sing and speak on the mic.
