It's designed to hold your lure securely and conveniently protecting it from damage and entanglement with other lures. Heavy-duty fabric, binding, stitching, and construction provide for added durability.

Made well

Does what it's supposed to and does it well. Might be higher quality than most other lure covers; the fabric and mesh ones, at least (I haven't tried the clear ones yet). It seems well-made (good thickness, well-stitched, durable velcro). The size is good and it covers and secures hooks well. I only have one other lure/rig cover, a mesh Bass Pro one, so I'm not really an authority on these things, but after having browsed around and having used this one, it's hard to imagine the others being better than this.

Great quality and can carry the “weights” too. Here are photos of the case being shared by two poles. Love the camo and orange—easy to see! I just ordered a couple more of these for my other poles so no more sharing.

I purchased this so my treble hooks did not get caught in other rods/lines/carpet. Instead they get caught in this cover, nearly every time. A pliers is required to get it free. DO NOT BUY!

STOP! DON"T BUY THESE! THEY WILL MAKE THINGS WORSE. The problem is the lining of these lure holders is fabric, not plastic...the fabric is a hook magnet. Any lure with an exposed hook will almost automatically bury itself into the lining and is hell to remove. Threw them all away. Waste of money. DON"T BE FOOLED. Will just cause you misery. Should not be sold on Amazon.

It does exactly what it says it will do and I wish I had known about these long ago. I never knew you could have more than one fishing pole together without a mess to untangle.

Now that I have it, I probably don't need it - I found a different solution. I'll keep it around because I can see a lot of other possible things I can do with it.It is of very good quality and is definitely well made. That alone is getting pretty rare these days.Almost dropped a star for two reasons: fist, there are two staples that hold the plastic store display hanger in place, and those tiny buggers are heavy-duty staples (it was a bit of a struggle to get them out); and second, because of the Wild River applique, comlete with Internet URL, on the cover (I'm not anyone's walking advertisement!). Then I decided I was just being grumpy and gave it the 5 stars it deserves.I don't know if any of these tackle sleeves are worth $10, but they're all about the same price. This is a well made sleeve and I would recommend it.
