The portion facing the touch screen does not fit snugly and separates from the touch screen. Touches are less responsive. Unable to use it.

This case has a built in cover for the front as well as the back portion which fit together perfectly tight. Seals out water and the material cushions the phone from drops and falls. I like it as much (maybe better) than my unicorn beetle sup case(which was the only case I used for 20 years). This new case is at least as good or better because of the waterproof rating.

Fits perfectly. Easy to attach and remove. Very durable. I am dropping my phone constantly. No damage. Haven’t tested if it’s waterproof.

this case has worked great the only thing i can say bad is phone is hard to hear in case but who cares when your phone is protected this well. phone flew off of the vroof of my car at 40 mph not a scratch on it

Die Hülle ist echt super verarbeitet sogar so gut das man beim Telefonieren nichts hört und auch nicht gehört wird da der Lautsprecher und das Micro so zugebaut sind das da nichts rein oder auch rauskommt mit ein paar kleinen Veränderungen kann man das Problem lösen da sollten sich die hersteller nochmal Gedanken machen an sonsten ist sie vorbehaltlos weiter zu empfehlen

Case is good for about 6 months then the waterproof case stops working and water gets in. Supports MagSafe wireless charging. Screen is responsive to touch. Phone call sound is a bit difficult and have to open case for person on the other end to hear you clearly. Overall, decent case, wish it lasted longer.

Great value, great fit, and great feel for my iPhone 12 mini. No problems at all with the sound quality of calls. Picture quality with the case on the phone is fine for my purposes. The case was purchased to protect the cosmetics of the phone and no intentional water testing will be done.It came with 3 small plastic-type stickers, perhaps replacements for the same-style and size of the sticker over the silent mode switch should it get worn. (see picture)The metal ring was easy to mount to the case. I put the MagSafe charger on the phone (with the phone in the case) to see where to position the metal ring (see pictures). The 3M 9448A double-sided tape strongly adheres the ring to the outside of the phone case, I applied pressure for about a minute to make sure it was firmly adhered. It takes 72 hours for the 3M adhesive to fully set. The metal circle is a must if you have a steeply inclined MagSafe table stand or car charger, the metal ring makes the phone "lock" into place and hold firmly to the MagSafe charger. Without the metal ring on the case my phone would not lock onto an inclined MagSafe charger. No problems at all with MagSafe charging through the case with or without the metal ring -and there was no heat build up either way either.I returned my first case because of a quirky issue and quickly received a replacement. The issue with the first case was an outward pucker in the top middle of the case's screen protector that slightly lifted the screen protector away from the phone's screen which severely degraded touch sensitivity -the case screen protector had to be firmly pushed to make contact with the phone screen in order to open apps, enter text, etc... When I inspected the replacement case there appeared to be a small circular piece of rubber in that exact same area where the old case's screen protector had puckered up. A quick look at the old case revealed a circular piece of rubber (see picture) in the same place, that is what caused the case's screen protector to be lifted off the phone's screen. The piece of rubber appeared to be the size needed to cover the the small hole in the top of the case, but a closer look showed a clear piece of plastic inside the case covering the small hole. It's a mystery what purpose the small round piece of rubber serves. After removing the piece of rubber the case screen protector now lies perfectly flat atop the phone's screen, no more screen pucker, no more touch sensitivity issues.

It works. It’s crazy durable, and completely waterproof. I work in plumbing, so I like to wash my phone like I would a dish with soap, water and a brush when I get home. I used a stiff bristle brush and it did not scratch the screen protector, which is nice. It’s also so durable that I can treat it with the same level of care as any other tool I carry; I toss it onto the ground from kneeling height when I’m at a job site, stuff it into my tool bag, and I’m generally rough with it.Cons: it looks tacky. The grey bezel around the screen looks bad. Should just be blackIt’s chunky. But this is unavoidable. I’m used to going without a case, so it’s just gonna take some getting used to.Thick screen covering. Phone looks dimmer with it on, and typing is sightly more deliberate. It has a slight air gap between the plastic screen protector and the screen itself, so you can feel a sort of tapping. Again this is unavoidable if you want a waterproof case.All in all it’s perfect. I’ve got a super tough brick of a phone that I can throw in a toilet if I want
