The transmission distance can reach 500 feet (in open areas), the signal is stable, and 12V 27A alkaline battery is used
Multifunctional receiver: The receiver is powered by a USB data cable (included in the package), with an alarm volume range of 0-115db, 7 music options, and multiple alarm durations that can be set. The receiver can add multiple call buttons, which can be matched according to personal needs
Alarm page on mobile phone: All functions of the receiver can be set on the mobile App.
After receiving the alarm, the phone can immediately clear it. The alarm duration, ringing tone, and volume can be set on the phone, and the phone is not limited by distance when receiving the alarm. This means that you can receive the alarm information at any time and anywhere immediately.

We bought this for my 82 yo MIL. Super easy to setup. Simple button for her. Button sets off alarm connected to WiFi first, then notifies the app on your phone. Love this product.

We have a special needs son and needed a way for nurses staying with him to alert us quickly if anything happened. This alarm includes two buttons and we use one on his bed and one on a medical cart that is with him during the day. The alarm is loud, pings my phone, and quickly alerts us if the button is pushed. It has been used several times and worked each time.

Es una pulsera muy fácil de usar, solo es necesario oprimir el botón SOS y envía una señal a la bocina que suena bastante fuerte.Lo compré para mi abuela en caso de que necesite ayuda con algo en medio de la noche o para cualquier emergencia que tenga.

I cannot recommend this enough. Let me just start with, I live 9 hours away from my grandparents. My mother lives maybe 5 minutes from them but doesn’t have great phone reception. We needed a device that could alert us and today, I received an alert literally 500+ miles away from the device when my grandfather fell and was able to alert via his bracelet!More detailed: My grandfather has Parkinson’s and has fallen several times, however he is also incredibly stubborn. My grandmother struggles as well and we wanted an easy alarm button she could push if he were to fall again. I took a chance on this to notify myself and mom and opted for the bracelet so it was always on him. Last week, I was visiting so we set it up and everything worked great in house.Today, NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER, he fell while my grandmother was in town, he immediately pushed the alarm and I was notified via the app!! I’m a 9 hour drive (500+ miles away). I was able to talk with my mom who was also alerted and she was to my grandpa in less than 5 minutes. Turns out he broke his back and two ribs. Via security cameras, if we hadn’t had this, he would have been on the floor with a broken back for almost 4 hours before my grandmother returned. I am so, so impressed!!!

I was able to get it all set up and running with a minimum of bother, though the instructions were sometimes confusing. We purchased this as an emergency contact solution for our elderly parents.However, it was unreliable. Every day at about 10:20 pm we got a text that the device was off line and we needed to check it. When we did check it there seemed to be no problem. But then other times when we did a random test it didn't work.This is a lesson in you get what you pay for.We ended up going to a Lively device from Best Buy.

This dual remote has been a lifesaver while taking care of my mom. She keeps one on her walker and one around her neck. Whichever one she presses it let's me know on the alert on my phone. You will need to go into settings on your phone and have it override all other apps that way if your busy on the phone or running another app this notification comes through with priority. Plus if the phone is silent or do not disturb it will override and notify you. What a Great investment this was!!! To my knowledge this system is expandable if and when the need comes.

It was fairly easy out of the box to set up and configure. Range is good. Seems reliable. The buttons are easy for my elderly mom to use but have no guard on them so she sometimes presses accidentally. Clearing the alarm status in the app is not at all intuitive. All in all, the device and app work as advertised and give peace of mind while we are away from home. Best of all, no monthly subscription fee!

This device works great for peace of mind!! Very reliable! It uses the Tuya Smart smart app and cloud service - which is not incredibly difficult to set up, but it's not exactly plug and play either! If you are technically challenged, you may have a little trouble setting this up. But when it's all set up, here is how it works: The button on the wristband is pressed, and an alarm sound comes from the puck. The puck also transmits the alert signal to the Tuya Smart cloud service over your WiFi Internet and then the cloud service alerts the Tuya Smart app on your smartphone which displays a notification - no matter where you are. All of this is free, but for just $6 a year, you can get a voice call or SMS text message alert sent to a phone - which I do. This way I will get redundant multiple alerts to multiple devices when the alarm is triggered. I will get one alert from the Tuya app on my smartphone and one alert from a text message sent from the cloud service.
