We bought this furniture for our brand new porch. I assembled all of the pieces and it was very very easy. I had to contact the seller because I ran out of some hardware and they immediately sent me another hardware set.I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. Furniture looks great, easy to assemble and amazing customer service.

Great chairs, high quality. A little tricky putting them together, but once you get one done, the rest are easier. Have had these for a couple of years now and they are still holding together wonderfully and in fantastic shape. I would definitely recommend buying these nice comfortable chairs!

I love the comfort of these chairs, as well as the quality. We were missing a one screw and a washer, called the seller and customer service was excellent. Missing parts and a few extra were sent out and received in a timely manner. I wanted to purchase something that will last, and of course I have no way of knowing how that will fair but I believe they are well made, comfortable and beautiful. I would definitely purchase from this brand again. My husband put the set together without any assistance, I didn't hear too many ugly words, so all in all, I would say, if you're wondering if you should purchase this set, I would go for it, I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I will add another picture once I have my lights ✨️ strung up.UPDATE now that it has been completed. Thus far thrilled with every aspect of my screened in porch. The customer service/seller for the wicker furniture are professional and efficient, and the set is beautiful. Extremely pleased with how everything has turned out.

When we unpacked the chairs, there was a damage to the rattan in one of pieces. We reported it and a replacement was received in a couple of days. The chairs are relatively easy to assemble, the cushions are firm and the chairs are comfortable. We are enjoying them on our balcony!

Chairs came quick - video and paper says 30 minutes to assemble - make that 90 minutes. Torque Allen wrench is key! Be careful tightening - the bolts are very flimsy - One bolt broke while tightening - cannot get out to replace. Chairs are nice - lightweight wonder how Michigan winters will affect the wicker. But overall good chairs.

I ordered the 3 piece rocker, table set a little over a week ago. I just received my set, but they only sent the bases and not my 3 pc rocker/table set! I am very displeased at the moment and have already filed the report with Amazon who stated they notified the seller. The seller is supposed to get in touch with me by December 3. I will update with what they have to say and hopefully they will resolve my issue and expedite the mailing process.Update to come….UPDATE 12/2/2023The seller contacted me and apologized for the delay. They stated Fed Ex had the second package and promised it would be delivered no later than 12/5/2023. So far, customer service was very prompt and responsive to my concerns and inquiries.UPDATE 12/4/2023The company responded very promptly and shipped the remaining package prior to the due date they set. I was able to put the chairs and table together and we do NOT regret it. Yes, there was difficulty in shipping. However, it is December and Christmas is the busiest time of year for shipping and handling. I highly recommend this set. You will not be dissatisfied.Assembly:Assembly is a little tasking. However, there is a QR code you can scan and follow along with the video which makes it a lot easier. If you have a second person, you can put these two chairs, plus the table together in under 30 minutes for sure.They swivel and glide smooth, and have very comfy cushions. Of course, I just received these so we’ll see how long the cushions last. But they feel as if they will last quite a while.Definitely recommend getting these for your front porch. My wife and I will be looking into purchasing the covers come spring time.
