We've used laser lights in the past that were bright but the the beam edges were too sharp and there was no intensity control. This light is extremely bright but the intensity control allows you to keep it dim and increase intensity as needed. The edges are soft so it doesn't spook game. Battery life is fantastic! I would highly recommend.

Its very nice. The mount were the light attaches is a little loose, however it does not interrupt the shooting cycle in any way.

This is the best spot light I have bought. Perfect for hog hunting at night. Just buy it and the quality and brightness will make you keep it. This is on my AR right now and I will always use wicked hunting lights at night for the rest of my life.

I must say that this is my first experience with a varmint style hunting light of this kind. With that said, I dont think you are going to get much better than this at this price. This thing is crazy bright. The "useful beam distance" is exactly what the box says it is. I could see reflector signs every bit of 500-600 yards out. I could see deer at the same distance. After I started calling with a mouth call, I had a pair of 2 coyotes come within 200 yards and I could see them clear as day. It was awesome. Definitely worth the money. Set up was very easy and took about 10 minutes tops. That was with mounting everything and fine tuning the light to the scope. I have not tried the tail cap yet but I think it will make things that much easier. Both the zoom and intensity control knob work great. With all that being said, I love the light and would recommend to anyone.

A real impressive predator hunting light. But should have bought the w402zf , the w403ic don't have the 3 mode control in the coil cord tail cap like the w402zf. In some situations be nice to have the option to have the light set on low in smaller fields or when game are all ready real close. But on high beam awesome and the tight beam is sweet.
