The dropper doesnt work. It wont pull up liquid

I pour my dog's, ear cleanser into this bottle, so I can better control how much cleanser makes it into her ears with the use of the dropper. It makes it less traumatic for my dog, because I no longer accidentally water-board my dog's ears because I can't see how much ear cleanser leaves that product's original bottle. So I love this bottle and dropper.

Functionality review first - The bottle is a great size, the dropper works well and it does not leak. I am sadly losing hair and trying a mix of rosemary oil with others to see if it helps with any hair growth. I use this bottle to keep that mix so I can easily dispense it. With the darker color, I don't have to worry about light changing the properties of the active ingredients in the bottle.Aesthetic Review - The bottle is such a pretty color that it invokes the curiosity of everyone that sees it. They want to pick it up, stare at it, swish it, and sometimes smell it. If you don't want people to get into what you are storing, I recommend labeling it clearly and storing it out of sight.
