It is a very firm accurate to the fit. I was able to put adhesive down and slide this bad boy in. It works very functional, covering up the existing damaged wood underneath the window, providing a nice surface that I am able to put knickknacks on. Great for something I was going to last a long time in my house.

This sill cover is not solid PVC, but a thin coating over a foam core. While it may be adequate for some applications, the cost of materials, fabrication and delivery must be less than $5. Even it the cover was solid PVC (which I think would be an improvement) the cost would be less than $10, but they are asking nearly four times that amount, so I can't, in good conscience, recommend this item.
