Makes perfect sparkling water with a 3 second push, when I want club soda I do 2.It's slim, nice design and it works well. I've had it for a month, use it every day and I wonder why I haven't thought about it before, so happy to get rid of water bottles.

Just a heads up, the photos of the bundles are misleading. It shows more products than are actually included in the bundle. The machine by itself includes a bottle so showing another bottle with it makes it look like you get two bottles. I would have preferred the description saying “only one 1L bottle in the bundle” or “two 1L bottles in the bundle” to avoid confusion as the description mentioned the machine (which includes a bottle) and a bottle. I canceled my bundle order and while part of it shipped, after some back and forth, I asked the company to partially refund the part that hadn’t & they agreed. I would have liked to have avoided any ambiguity to begin with & ordered exactly what I wanted. This is my first carbonation machine & I was happy to find one that didn’t use a plastic bottle. I can’t find reliable CO2 cartridges for my vintage soda siphon so I’m excited to try out another no electricity carbonation machine. Thanks to company for making it right & I look forward to using the product.

The machine is great. I love the fact that it is with Stainless steel bottles. It looks good works great and doesn't take much space but I had to pay 80$ of import fees after I purchased it...

We recently parted with our beloved 8-year-old SodaStream as we are reducing the plastic in our lives. Looks like they had glass bottles at one point, but discontinued them. We found the Fizzit and based on the reviews here I expected it to be a bit of a step down, but worth it for the steel bottles which are impossible to find.It is shockingly better, by a wide margin. That first drink off the machine has more fizz than from a soda can.Pay attention to the fill line on the bottle and don't be a fool like me on my first go and completely fill the bottle with water. Makes all the difference.

Because my local water taste good,the soda water taste good. I followed the directions making sure the water was chilled before carbonating and didn’t over fill the bottle which guarantee max carbonation without spillage. If you elect to use the heavily discounted mail order (app) Simpli Soda your water will cost about $0.25/liter. As for micro-plastics in drinking bottles, I suspect that it dangerous to your health but like cigarettes, baby powder and asbestos we won’t know for years. Why take a chance?

A stainless steel replacement for the plastic bottle for my Aarke soda maker I have been looking for a glass one since I bought it, but according to Aarke it would be dangerous with this model. ( They could have invented a meshed one ) Spärkli made one, it looks nice, fits perfectly, only thing it's harder to see the fill up line. I love it!

TL;DR: Water drips from the interior of this thing and pools underneath the pedestal. The only reason I'm still using it is that it's the only soda maker that comes with the best metal bottle (largest size, no plastic components, has a fill line indent) that's available.I increased the review to 3 stars from 1 star, because this company seems to want to correct its mistakes. After I pointed out that information about a 1 year warranty is missing, it added this warranty information on its website and Amazon product page. The seller also mentioned that it would ask the factory to offer a fix for the water leak. I doubt this will happen but at least they seem to care.I've thought of some workarounds for the leak issue. A tray can be used to catch the water and the bottom of the pedestal can be removed to prevent mold growth and new feet can be added for stability. I've recently noticed that water leaks sometimes appear when pressing the carbonation button more than 1 time and especially when pressing it 3 times. So, leaks might be avoided if more than 1 button press isn't required, but I'm still testing this.Since I couldn't find a better soda maker with a similar metal bottle, I'll continue to use it. Philips soda makers might be compatible with these metal bottles, but they also sometimes leak water and even C02 gas (according to some reviews) and their designs seem similar (this one might be a copy).

Replaced my sodastream that had expired bottles. Trying to reduce plastic in my life so it has stainless steel bottles. Simple and smaller than sodastream and delivered more than 10 days early.
