I’ve been having trouble waking up. I have three alarms set and even then still hard especially in the dark winter months. So I decided to try one of these sun alarms. You can set how bright you want it to be and can set the alarm for all the days, weekdays, or weekends. It’s also got a lot of other features like color changing lights and nature sounds and a speaker. I also like you can dim the clock part as I don’t want that. I like to sleep in the dark.So how has it worked? I only use the light alarm along with my alarms from before. And I’ve found I am more awake since I started this. Not as drowsy in the morning and thus easier to get up and going. And I’ll consider that a win.

Very relaxing. Nice variety of sounds and lighting. Definitely helps with sleeping and alarm is pleasant. Quite easy to use.

Ordered this for my child and it has been working great. They love the options for changing the colors and the sounds. The display is larger than anticipated, which is nice. The light brightness can be adjusted, which is something my child really likes. It's easy to use, program and adjust.

I set this so that gradually increasing light and bird sounds gently wake me in the morning, even in the middle of winter when it’s still very dark and cold. I get up faster and happier instead of dreading climbing out of bed and facing the day. At night I have this set to a color similar to the setting sun with the sound of waves crashing on the beach, no annoying sea gulls! I’m really enjoying this product!The product set up is not intuitive. However, clear instructions are provided- do take the time to read and follow them, the reward is worth the effort!

Very easy to use, sound quality is a bit lower than I expected for the white noise- I prefer lower fuller noise and the white noise options are all higher. Great light, wonderful choices- I appreciate the Bluetooth speaker. Great value for money, helps me be more mindful about waking up thanks to the sunrise feature.

So far, I'm blown away by this product. It does so many things (alarm sunrise clock, regular alarm clock, over 20 white noise options, timer, etc., etc.) that I was afraid I'd have to have a tech degree to know how to use it. But the whole process is so logically designed- I got every feature down in 10 minutes the first night. Love the Sunrise clock- with more and more Sleep Experts recommending products like this, I would be shocked if many at this price point do the whol sunrise simulation better. Best Amazon purchased we've made this year.
