Installation：
- Confirm the size of the hole first

These were good quality but too small for my needs. I needed a bit larger cover plate for my 3" lights.

The hole cutting bit I used was too big for the recessed outlet I was installing in a sofa table I made. The outlet wanted to fall right through. My mistake. But these trim rings saved the project. Super lightweight and thin. Worked perfectly.I only needed two, but they only seemed to come in a 4 pack. That's ok though, my daughter wants me to make her a sofa table too, so I'll use them for that!

These rings were perfect because the old can lights I had in my home were 1/2" bigger than what they sell in stores today. The rings covered the extra that was showing in the ceiling.

These are nice but I ordered them.bcause it said it fit a 2 1/2 inch light. It actually fits a 3 inch. Low stars because I really needed them quickly and the description was wrong. The outer measurement is 4 3/4
