This is the exact genuine replacement part for my Whirlpool refrigerator. Fits perfectly and looks exactly as the original one when it was new. The old one wasn't broken but had calcium build up on it that I could not get off at all. Hoping it doesn't happen to this one but it was cheap enough to replace it instead of having an ugly one. Slid right in and fits perfectly. Glad I bought it. Was over due for a few years. It is great for catching a tad of water or ice cubes that might drip off after getting a drink.

Fits perfectly and looks soooooo much better than the nine year old original one I could not get the scale buildup off of for anything. Could have saved $ and time just replacing than trying to remove hard water scale that had built up over the 6 years before we bought this house. I tried vinegar, lime away, CLR nothing would get the last layers of build up off. Originally couldn't find this back in 2012 so glad I tried looking again and found it.

We bought this to replace our tray on our fridge from hard water stains. It fits perfect and looks much better than our old one.

It is a little less glossy and not as deep a black color as the original but it does fit perfect. I would give it 4 stars if it were a more reasonable price.

Bought to replace the horribly alkaline stained one we had. I tried vinegar, lime away, everything to clean the original grille and nothing would work. So, decided finally to buy a new one and so happy I did. It looks much better ....I was a little embarrassed when we had guests over to see the old one.

Even though the item description on the website lists my Kenmore refrigerator, this part doe not fit. It is too wide.

I finally had enough of the disgusting looking tray we inherited in our rental house. No amount of cleaners or cleaning would get it clean. Turns out just buying a new tray was a cheap and easy solution. I wish it was designed better, so it would actually stay in place - it just slides right into place (and out of place), but other than than, served my needs perfectly.
