They're solid and very secure. Used them to mount a Vortex scope on an old model 70 Winchester.243.Fit and finish are excellent and they are rock solid.

Screws are pretty fragile even under the low torque specs. Be careful use a good set of bits and a solid torque driver. Some guys poopoo on the level. It’s kind of gimmicky but if you use a good level to set it and loktite it does seem to hold some semblance of level.

1 screw broken off in ring base. 1 screw stripped in same base. Bubble level slides right out of flip up tube.Product was either a damaged return that got shipped back out to me (most likely), or was already wrecked during assembly to ship. Bubble level can be crazy glued in place, but stripped and broken screws are a no-go.I had High hopes for these rings. Nope.Do Not Order this disappointing ring set.

Unfortunately I was of the opinion that these are good quality rings but I just snapped off a cap screw, flush with the internal threads, at 18 in lb (using a wheeler digital torque wrench) so they are now junk...and I have two pairs of these!I'd normally use 16 in lb but I've had problems with the scope waliking so I went to the upper limit of 18.Very disappointed

I purchased these to use on a Bergara B14R .22 trainer. I was shocked at what I got for the price point. So far they look great and the feature set is way above the price point. Time will tell on durability but these things are not bad. I would say they are equal to some ring sets I have that cost 125-175 dollars in may regards.
