I can't tell you how many times I've had friends and family lock themselves out of their car. And even if you have a car membership program that will unlock your car, it is still a hassle and might take a while for them to arrive. That happened to me when I was packing a car for a flight. The flight was leaving in 2 hours, and it look the tow truck person almost an hour just to arrive, let alone unlock my car. This tool kit comes with everything I'll need to unlock my or a friend's car. I tested the airbag to see how strong it was, and I am impressed. It is great that the whole kit comes with a bag, because I'm sure I would lose all of the different parts otherwise.

I don’t quite understand the title of this item, but this is exactly the set that you would use to get into a locked car in case you locked your keys inside. I tested it out and it indeed works.Since it looks like they’re purposely vague on the instructions, what you do is you take the airbag and make sure it’s completely deflated. There is also a plastic wedge. I recommend gently using both of them to go to the highest corner away from the hinges on the door. Then gently pry the door back and slide the airbag in as far as you can make it go. It’s best to slide it all the way so that you can see it on the other side of the glass. Then slowly inflate the airbag. Yes you can bend a frame or even shatter a window. Do it slowly and don’t do it more than you need. Once you’ve inflated it enough, the frame of the door should be bent back enough that you can put the tool in and open the door or unlock the door. The rods can be connected together and I recommend tightening them before use. I don’t always use all the links, but they’re there in case you have a larger vehicle. then you unlock it and go on your merry way.As always, ensure that you are only using this on vehicles you own, or have been given explicit permission to open. Any other use is illegal.

By no means is this what I would call a professional kit but it's acceptable in most ways. I'd like the long reach tool to have been a bit bigger and coated to prevent paint scratches. I would have liked to see some kind of tool for dissasembly of the long reach tool. I added my own wrench for that. It could have used one more pump wedge. Ideally you want at least two. Finally the tool with the loop is a bit short. The wire loop could have also been coated with something to add grip. 4 stars because quality reflects price.

As a Police Officer I unlock a lot if cars. I take pride in how fast I can get one unlocked. Especially when there is a child or dog locked in a vehicle in extremely hot days. Its actually became a competition as one Officer works on the passenger side and the other on the drivers side. The tools which is the biggest name in the game (The Big E***). But decided to get this one to keep in my personal vehicle. Its packs up nicely and the supplied bag. Its not a one piece like the before mentioned brand. So when you crank it down to righten the pieces you'll need two pliers to get it back apart. Its a lot heavier built than I expected. Really nice quality. Can't speak for the airbag at this point, but it does seem to pump up nicely under pressure.

If you need to, um, pull some wheel pins, then this will do the job. You might also find some other interesting applications for this tool, like helping your friend get their car doors unlocked, but of course it's not made for that /s. As a first responder, I have needed to get into some locked car doors where I didn't want to smash the window, and this is exactly the kind of tool that has accomplished that. These are the same tools that you'll find in the trunk of many police cars. The inflatable bag will help you make a gap in many very tightly closed doors, and I'm sure that you will have permission from anyone whose things are locked behind that tightly closed door, right? This isn't the fanciest kit with the best materials, so the PROFESSIONAL description is a bit dubious, but the price is right and it does the job.

This kit will definitely be helpful and serve it's purpose. I got it to keep in my toolbox in the back of my truck. I can't count the many times I've needed or could have helped someone else had I had this kit. I'm not sure if the names of everything in the kit. I do know you get some pull bars that screw and unscrew togetehr and apart for easy storage. A air bag. A plastic wedge thingie and a pick thingie lol. Sorry but I hope you get the drift. I love all of it came in it's own storage bag that will fit snuggly in my box. Everything feels decently made and not super flimsy or cheap quality. I will update with more info after I actually get to use it. For an affordable price you can have some piece of mind. Possibly even help a neighbor or friend in need. Locksmiths aren't cheap and with this get up you can definitely skip calling one.

Kit has quality metal tools for a locksmith or mechanic who needs to unlock a car. Tools are stout and work well. HOWEVER, the inflatable bladder for opening doors etc. to give tool access split the first time I used it. I have another one, and the rest of the tools are good, so I give 3 stars.
