This belt is a very tight fit, and that is how it should be. It will fit. Loop the belt around the grooved smaller pulley, then pull the belt over to the smooth larger pulley, then place a medium sized flat blade screw driver between the belt and pully and roll the pully counter clockwise while pushing up on the belt. The belt will roll onto the pully, it takes some effort, but you want it to be a tight fit. I hope this helped, good luck.

Why does your video say it's 21 7/16" yet your description says it's only 20.4"?! That's a significant difference especially when you think you're getting the exact belt you need only to realize it's too short to fit. This is false advertising at it's best

Belt appeared to be way too small at the beginning, but after taking my time it fit just right and is worked fine since I've installed it. I guarantee you will have no issue as long as you take your time and get the belt on correctly.

I used 3/8” socket to remove the 3 cover screws. I put the belt grooves on the small pulley first, then held a flat head screw driver to guide the belt around the big pulley while rotating the big pulley clockwise (same as tightening direction) with a 9/16” socket wrench. I held the screw driver at a slight angle so it doesn’t pop off the big pulley as it gets tighter. It slid right on as it rotated around. Then I rotated the pulleys manually to make sure the belt was aligned properly. Put the cover back on. So far, so good!

Belt was right length and rib count so that part matches the part number, but it is far too rigid. This is a stretch belt application and it was quite difficult to install and yes, I know what I'm doing. Unloaded spin test was fine but during first load there was a bad plastic clicking and grinding noise. The belt tightness was causing the transmission pulley to warp under load and the clutch getting bound to the pulley as the model shifter tried to move it. Order the proper OE belt which I should have done in the begining but I was saving a few bucks. To top the whole thing off, Amazon was a day late delivering it. I'm done trying to save money with junk from Amazon. They both let me down in this instance.DO NOT BUY THIS FOR A STRETCH BELT APPLICATION!
