First Use & Extended Care
- Prior to first use, glass pieces should be hand washed individually in warm soapy water, rinsed thoroughly and dried with a lint free cloth.
- For optimal finish & clarity, clean with a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water, let stand for a few hours then rinse well and dry with a lint free cloth.
- Our glass is produced overseas in extremely large quantities for our wholesale customers, due to transit and mass storage, all vases should be cleaned before use to remove any accumulated dust/dirt.
- Change liquid contents of glass containers frequently. This will help preserve the products finish and avoid film build-up.
- Glass pieces should not be cleaned in a dish washer.
- Do not use products in microwaves or conventional ovens.

This may not even be a true 'glass' product? At first I thought it was acrylic. It is sold as 'thick & weighted' but is rather lightweight and will need heavy ballast to maintain stability. Flaws within the 'glass' and the cylinder is not perfectly straight (it has a 'bow' in it). Look I get it - was half the cost of other options. Now I know why.

This fourth attempt to get this vase came from AGV and it’s the first that arrived not in pieces!Glass IS fragile, but I would ”expect” that vendors - who offer glass vases - would know how to pack them safely for shipping. The others of my 4 attempts arrived as shards of glass which was very disappointing.Thank you AGV for your excellent care. The base is beautiful and just what I wanted AND arrived very quickly.
