Wet & Forget Outdoor Cleaner Concentrate eliminates black and green stains caused by moss, mold, mildew and algae stains without scrubbing, power washing or using bleach. Just mix 5 parts water with 1 part Wet & Forget in a pump up garden sprayer and apply to the surface - that's it! Wet & Forget goes to work with the wind and rain to gently clean the surface over time. Green stains clean up within a few days or weeks. Black stains generally clean up in 4-6 weeks. Black roof stains or stains that have been on the surface for many years can take up to 6 months to come clean. Be Patient, Good Things Take Time! Have used this product for years on the house and pole barn. Works well, and does what is expected. Saves a lot of work and expense. Follow the directions. Also works well on RV's

It did kill the moss, mold, and lichens on my deck, but it didn't make it disappear. Now I have dead moss in between my composite deck boards and dead lichens on the rail; plus it bleached the stain on the wood surfaces. A bit of advice, wear a mask! The wind kicked up while I was spraying and I ended up inhaling some of the mist. After the coughing subsided, I spent the next few days clearing my throat. Lesson learned!

I had quite a bit of moss growing up in between the shingles of my house. I just mixed it with water as directed, and sprayed it on with a regular pump sprayer you can get at any hardware store. The moss stopped growing, turned brown, and eventually just washed off with the rain. it did not damage any of my plants which surround my house.

This stuff really works and it really is wet and FORGET. Meaning do not obsess. Do not expect results tomorrow. It will work. I have used it for years and locally my big box now only carries some 30 second garbage that isn’t anywhere close to this. Sounding and looking the same does not make it the same. I mainly use this for moss and algae, but have used it on other surfaces to keep them clean like metal roofs and tanks. Best part is it prevents it from coming back and keeps things clean for up to a year.Bonus I thought I was getting .75 gallons. They sent 1 whole gallon. Difference between making 6 gallons of product vs only 4.5.

I uses this every year. I depend on it to keep the mold at bay for my vinyl fence, sides of my house, deck, deck furniture, gutters, driveway - you name it. I no longer need a pressure washer for much and I don’t have to scrub. Just spray it on and over a little time, you will simply see the mold disappear. Great product.

Was tired of power washing the pool deck and walkways every year. Also, continuing to power wash concrete is just eats away at the concrete. So, I thought I would give this stuff a try. It does not happen over night, and it is so gradual that you may not even notice it happening. But, after about 4 months the side of the deck that I sprayed was so much cleaner. I then bought another bottle and sprayed the remaining deck area and walkways as well as the white vinyl fence. The vinyl cleaned up much quicker than concrete. After 3 weeks or so, the deck is starting to lighten up.
