The seller told me to contact the manufacture. The manufacture told me the seller should honor the warranty. Neither will help resolve the problem.I purchased a Westwood Design Nursery Glider Rocker, Fawn less than 6 months ago and am very disappointed that the chair has started to make a load noise when rocking.I have previously bought a similar chair and am pleased with it. The seller told me to contact you to arrange a return or replacement. Please tell me what next steps to take.Manufacture responseI do apologize for your inconvenience. Unfortunately we do not replace furniture from here. The only thing we can order from here are parts and we do not have replacement parts for gliders. I do apologize for the retailed sending you back to us but we can not order replacement glider or any replacement furniture form here. That is handled on the store level where you order the item from. Please contact the store and speak with a supervisor.
